Do you offer refunds or returns?

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or not as expected, just reach out to support@pawlibar.com we’re here to help.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! We don’t include receipts in the box, and our packaging is gift-friendly. Each order contains one card about PawliBar's mission. If you want to add a gift note or would like to request additional mission cards, just drop it in the order notes at checkout.

Do you donate to shelters?

Yes. We work with a no-kill dog shelters in China, helping with food, medical care, and daily operations. It’s not a charity add-on, it’s part of why we exist.

Are the products shipped from China? How long does shipping take? Will I have to pay tariffs?

Yes — we’re based in China, and all orders ship directly from where we create everything.

Shipping typically takes 4–8 business days worldwide (see details during checkout), and you won’t need to pay any extra duties or tariffs. We cover all of that on our end.

Can I adopt a dog from the shelters you work with?

We’re not a rescue organization ourselves, but we’re happy to connect you with the shelters we support if you’re serious about adopting internationally (please keep in mind that the cost will be high). Just send us a message!
