We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or not as expected, just reach out — we’re here to help.

Every item is either handcrafted or ethically produced in small batches right here in China. We work closely with local makers, who are mostly stay-at-home moms, who share our love for thoughtful design (and dogs!).

Yes — we’re based in China, and all orders ship directly from where we design and create everything.

Shipping typically takes 4–8 business days worldwide (see details during checkout), and you won’t need to pay any extra duties or tariffs. We cover all of that on our end.

Yes! All of our designs are inspired by real dogs we've met through our work with no-kill shelters in China — their quirks, their backstories, and their very good faces.

Yes. We work with no-kill dog shelters in China — helping with food, medical care, and daily operations. It’s not a charity add-on — it’s part of why we exist.

We’re not a rescue organization ourselves, but we’re happy to connect you with the shelters we support if you’re serious about adopting internationally (please keep in mind that the cost will be high). Just send us a message!

Absolutely! We don’t include receipts in the box, and our packaging is gift-friendly. If you want to add a gift note, just drop it in the order notes at checkout.
