There’s a reason we’re saying "no" to adopters for her

If you saw her today, you’d want to take her home in a heartbeat. Her fur has finally grown back thick and white, and she looks like a little cloud. We’ve had so many people calling about her lately.

But we’re saying no. For now.

She is physically "ready," but mentally, she’s still that scared little dog who was abused. If you remember her from our videos, her skin was still bare and scarred a month ago. Now, she loves being around other dogs, but the moment a human gets too close, she’s still unsure. She isn't ready to be a "pet" yet. She needs time to learn that a hand raised toward her is for petting, not hitting. We’re waiting for the right moment, because she deserves a forever home that understands her silence.
