At PawliBar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- To initiate a return please email support@pawlibar.com
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As a small business, we simply can’t absorb those fees — thanks for understanding.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Non-Refundable items: personalized items & final sale items are non-refundable.
- However, in the case of damaged products or lost shipments, please contact our customer service to resolve the issue. We will be happy to assist.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different item, please send us an email at support@pawlibar.com and we will guide you through the process.
