Each PawliBar Atelier charm is meticulously sculpted, carved, and painted by hand — the work of artisans who treat every piece as both a portrait and a keepsake. From the first contour cut to the final brushstroke, every curve, edge, and layer is shaped with the care of true craftsmanship.

No machines, no molds — only hands, leather, and time. Each charm is individually crafted to capture your pet’s likeness in depth and emotion, and with each piece, your love reaches further, helping feed and care for rescue dogs at our partner no-kill shelter.

For those who carry more than two hearts close. A bespoke multi-pet composition, artfully balanced within a single frame.

How It Works

1. Send Your Photo
After checkout, email your pet’s clear photo to support@pawlibar.com
Our artists will begin sketching your pet’s contour with care and precision.

2. Contour Confirmation (around 7-10 days)
You’ll receive a hand-carved outline to review and request small adjustments before sculpting begins.

3. Carving & Painting (around 15-18 days)
Our artisans hand-engrave and paint your pet’s portrait in leather, layer by layer.
You’ll receive a preview for color confirmation and can request color refinements.

4. Final Assembly & Approval (around 21-24 days)
Your charm is assembled, sealed, and finished by hand.
You’ll receive a preview photo for final confirmation. Design changes can no longer be made, but we’re happy to honor small personal requests — such as adding a note or preparing special packaging.

Production Time: approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on design complexity and order volume. Each piece is handcrafted slowly and intentionally — where patience becomes art, and love becomes form.

The Portrait Begins

After your order is placed, please email your pet’s clear photo to support@pawlibar.com.

Once it arrives in our studio, our artists begin translating it into lines, sketching your pet’s contours with quiet focus and precision.

Shaping the Silhouette

Within seven to eleven days, you’ll receive the initial flat outline for your approval. Adjustments may be made before the sculpting begins.

Carving & Color

Your pet’s portrait is then carved and painted entirely by hand, layer by layer, tone by tone.

A preview is shared for color confirmation, where color adjustments can still be made before sealing.

The Finishing Touch

Each piece is assembled, polished, completed by hand, and placed inside a floating display frame

You’ll receive a final preview before completion. While design changes can no longer be made, we’re happy to accommodate small personal touches — a note, a ribbon, or packaging requests.

FAQs

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery (except for customized products). If something arrives damaged or not as expected, just reach out — we’re here to help.

Do you donate to shelters?

Yes. We work with no-kill dog shelters in China — helping with food, medical care, and daily operations. It’s not a charity add-on, it’s part of why we exist.

Where do you ship from, and will I need to pay customs or tariffs?

It depends on the product:

  • Shirts & apparel → printed and shipped from the U.S.
  • Jewelry, bag charms, and phone cases → shipped from our fulfillment center in China.

No matter where your order ships from, we cover all customs fees and tariffs — you’ll never get an unexpected bill. Every order comes with tracking and is shipped through trusted carriers so it arrives safely.

Can I adopt a dog from the shelters you work with?

We’re not a rescue organization ourselves, but we’re happy to connect you with the shelters we support if you’re serious about adopting internationally (please keep in mind that the cost will be high). Just send us a message to support@pawlibar.com

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! We don’t include receipts in the box, and our packaging is gift-friendly. If you want to add a gift note, just drop it in the order notes at checkout.
