We ship worldwide to most countries. The indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of business days from the ship date shown at checkout. It does not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseeable courier delays (such as weather, volume, or customs).

Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. At PawliBar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- To initiate a return please email support@pawlibar.com
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As a small business, we simply canโt absorb those fees โ thanks for understanding.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Non-Refundable items: personalized items & final sale items are non-refundable.ย
- However, in the case of damaged products or lost shipments, please contact our customer service to resolve the issue. We will be happy to assist.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different item, please send us an email at support@pawlibar.com and we will guide you through the process.
