For portraits featuring more than three pets, alternate layouts, or framed versions, our atelier offers bespoke sizing, color tones, and composition upon request.

How It Works

1. Send Your Photo

After checkout, email your pet’s clear photo to support@pawlibar.com.

Our artists will begin sketching your pet’s contour with care and precision.

2. Composition Preview (within 1–2 business days)

You’ll receive a contour draft showing your pet’s composition, ratio, and placement within the frame.

Once approved, our artist will begin hand-painting your piece.

3. Hand-Painting & Refinement (around 7–10 days)

Each portrait is painted entirely by hand — layer by layer, stroke by stroke — to capture your pet’s warmth and unique expression.

When your piece is nearly finished, you’ll receive a preview to request small adjustments, such as color refinements, detail emphasis, or subtle background touches. (Major changes to the overall contour cannot be made at this stage.)

Estimated Creation Time: approximately 9-12 days, depending on design complexity, adjustments, and studio volume.

Our atelier artists paint each portrait entirely by hand, layering delicate pigment washes to evoke depth, warmth, and lifelike expression.

Once your piece nears completion, we’ll share a preview for your review — allowing small refinements to tone, detail, or background ambiance.

Estimated Creation Time: approximately 9-15 days, depending on complexity and studio volume.

FAQs

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery (except for customized products). If something arrives damaged or not as expected, just reach out — we’re here to help.

Do you donate to shelters?

Yes. We work with no-kill dog shelters in China — helping with food, medical care, and daily operations. It’s not a charity add-on, it’s part of why we exist.

Where do you ship from, and will I need to pay customs or tariffs?

It depends on the product:

  • Shirts & apparel → printed and shipped from the U.S.
  • Jewelry, bag charms, and phone cases → shipped from our fulfillment center in China.

No matter where your order ships from, we cover all customs fees and tariffs — you’ll never get an unexpected bill. Every order comes with tracking and is shipped through trusted carriers so it arrives safely.

Can I adopt a dog from the shelters you work with?

We’re not a rescue organization ourselves, but we’re happy to connect you with the shelters we support if you’re serious about adopting internationally (please keep in mind that the cost will be high). Just send us a message to support@pawlibar.com

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! We don’t include receipts in the box, and our packaging is gift-friendly. If you want to add a gift note, just drop it in the order notes at checkout.
