Do you offer refunds or returns?

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery (except for customized products). If something arrives damaged or not as expected, just reach out — we’re here to help.

Do you donate to shelters?

Yes. We work with no-kill dog shelters in China — helping with food, medical care, and daily operations. It’s not a charity add-on, it’s part of why we exist.

Where do you ship from, and will I need to pay customs or tariffs?

It depends on the product:

  • Shirts & apparel → printed and shipped from the U.S.
  • Jewelry, bag charms, and phone cases → shipped from our fulfillment center in China.

No matter where your order ships from, we cover all customs fees and tariffs — you’ll never get an unexpected bill. Every order comes with tracking and is shipped through trusted carriers so it arrives safely.

Can I adopt a dog from the shelters you work with?

We’re not a rescue organization ourselves, but we’re happy to connect you with the shelters we support if you’re serious about adopting internationally (please keep in mind that the cost will be high). Just send us a message to support@pawlibar.com

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! We don’t include receipts in the box, and our packaging is gift-friendly. If you want to add a gift note, just drop it in the order notes at checkout.
